Caspian Tattoo and Body Element Piercing want you to apply to join the team in a supporting role. Our customer service team members are typically the first faces our clients see when they enter the studio. Team members will focus on providing the customers with a smooth and pleasant experience. You will need a friendly and professional attitude while pricing tattoos and piercings, booking appointments, collecting deposits, and helping clients understand their options. You will be trained on the software and procedures we use to uphold our 33-year-long reputation in this community. Clear communication and phone etiquette are must-haves for this job. Full-time is preferred but part-time applications are accepted.
The position will pay between $13-15 hourly.
Applicants must be able to work a 9-hour shift.
Customer service representatives may be scheduled between 30-36 hours per week. Applicants must be available for weekend shifts when scheduled.
