Frequently Asked Questions

I want a tattoo from Caspian! How do I get started?

We look forward to working with you! Texting us (434) 515-0536 is a great place to get started. We can discuss size, placement, details, and limitations. It can also be beneficial to just come by the studio if you’re a local. You can text or simply bring by your design references to prove your artist with guidance. From there, we can book consultations and appointments, price tattoos, and give advice in-studio. Scheduled appointments require a deposit of $25 per hour booked plus a $10 booking fee per client, per session.

How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?

Once you have spoken to an artist or CSR representative about your piece and you’re ready for your tattoo, you will need proper payment in the form of cash or card and a government issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). Make sure you have eaten and are hydrated. Never get tattooed on an empty stomach.

I’m a minor. Does the policy change?

Yes. We have discontinued tattooing services for minors. If you have already started a tattoo as a minor, you need to reach out directly to your artist to orchestrate completion of your tattoo.

I live far away. Can I still be tattooed at Caspian?

Yes. We have several artists that work long distance with our customers, and some even prefer email consultations. Call (434) 237-1900 or text (434) 515-0536 to get more information, or take a look at our Artist’s page to contact an artist directly, via email or social media.

What will my tattoo cost?

Please text (434) 515-0536 to discuss pricing with our Customer Service Representatives. You may also stop by the studio to speak with our CSRs or artists in person and book an appointment or be taken as a walk-in.
